I was in the public gallery at the time of the vote. I could not see Dr Howe from my position, but recognised her voice. I first heard the male voice's aggressive "Stop it!" angrily called out--over and over, repeatedly. Then, a little later (still as the division was happening, or maybe soon after), I heard Dr Howe calling out "You can’t do this, you can't do this!" in an exasperated tone. I did not hear her voice before, or besides that. I believe her "ban" will eventually be found to have improper or no basis. Regardless, I support Dr Howe, and I am deeply grateful for the good work she is doing.

Yeah it's not a court, it's a parliament... It's supposed to be a forum of democracy and the ideals thereof such as free speech, not a silent library or highly hierarchical courtroom... The South Australian government as a whole and in its laws (not just any party) is very authoritarian, and they need to be held to account because they've been too long without it
