I'm not a lawyer but the guy in the story here is definitely guilty of some pretty severe felonies here. Obviously sex with a minor carries some stiff penalties and a permanent spot on the sex offender registry, but he also gave her drugs, which is up to 15 years and $100,000 in fines by itself and would definitely compound the other charges. To top it all off, she's a NJ resident and he's a NY resident, which would bump the case up to federal court. Federal court does not fuck around, so unless this guy's dad is extremely wealthy, he's looking at probably 30 years at least, plus a million bucks in fines, not including civil penalties or lawsuits from the family, and he's definitely not finishing his degree at NYU.

I randomly remembered this today. I was introduced to it by a legit chill dude in the psych ward. He was chill af and we talked a Lot. When I went back after my 2nd attempt he was there once again. I've been so much that I'm essentially banned. (I'm schizophrenic, so I often need it. But they can't really help me.) I just now, many years later, remembered he showed me this...
