Just received mine in the olive green. Love the sophisticated colour. Bag is beautiful but has an unpleasant odour. I’m currently airing it out. The leather and all details are lovely and the slouch is everything:)

@@Therealnaomib it has a really chemically smell which the company says is due to some material they put in for shipping. Have been airing it out for 3 days- getting better but I did not get to enjoy the fresh leather smell :(

I have a Chanel lambskin square pearl bag and a Chanel handbag but my lambskin square petal bag I have worn 2 times and I am very careful but somehow still has small scratches on the leather and the gold on the clasp. I don’t know what happened but I paid over $3,000 for it a few years ago and I am upset that it already has scratches. No one notices now but I notice the price I paid for it. I’m saving up to buy another kislux bag now that I won’t be paying full price anymore.

I did not have that experience, but you’re the second person that mentioned an odd smell. Apparently you can air it out for a couple of days and it should be fine. So sorry you’re experiencing that friend.

Just received this in black and coffee. Love the bags but so disappointed with cross body straps , I verified the length before purchase and was given wrong information. I am 5ft 4inches and not large but these straps on longest place bag too high. Customer service is horrific. So now I need to find longer leather straps that match

I do too because I love the bags just not long enough for cross body , why are bag sellers doing this, Mulberry wanted over £200 for another strap
