This routine appeared in my Linking Ring parade about 20 years back. After watching Mike Skinner's version, I started working on the effect in the mid-seventies. I liked the routine but was not too fond of Skinner's method. So, I worked out this handling and showed it to Mike, and he started using it. Mike showed it to Larry Jennings, and Larry added that great two-card throw at the end of the routine. Larry showed me his addition in the early eighties; I have used it ever since.
