Hi, is there a pick-up/drop-off lobby for the apartment? Or did you have to walk back to ksl mall to let's say get a grab?

Hey! There actually is but only for the residents because there is an entry security barrier. But you can opt to alight just outside that entry barrier which is alot nearer to the lift that brings you up to your apartment side!

According to the website, they do! Unfortunately I did not get to test it out cause we were there for a short period of time.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Initially rented a 3BR private pool apartment which stunk, had mould on the walls, bugs everywhere, no running hot water and overall filthy. Staff moved us to a "premium" apartment, which was as bad. Terrible experience, never ever coming back. Save your money. This place is horrible.
