Hey man you can stay in 32 bits but you have to put the effect HDR Compander on top of it and ''compress range'' it by 2 on top. Than duplicate the effect and drag it below colorama and put it to ''Expand range'' and put it to 2. This basicly compresses the color ranges so 16 bit effects will work in 32 bit :) (if you have an 8bit effect your gonna have to compress by 4 instead of 2)

For the slider max setting you can right click on the numbers and click edit value to change max value on the slider

Yes - for the noise, click the drop down under “evolution” and click “cycle evolution” and then at keyframes
