After rewatching Jackceptieye playing games 1-3 I noticed the huge holes Jack has to go through in game 2 and some holes that are to big for the regular toys. This lets me know that the Prototype is huge and bigger than we think it is. What else could have made those holes? They also say repeatedly the Prototype is following us throughout the game. My theory is that it uses the huge tunnels from ten years ago to ger around. He's big, mysterious, and creepy can't wait to watch Jack play chapter 4.
