I have a theory: At the end of chapter 2 the Prototype commanded this bird-like reptile to attack the train. That's why we crashed and it might of thought that we didn't survive so it flew off.

The saying of rejoice in the joy is also carved into the wall in the kissy missy relocation tape which hints back to prototype, my theory is that prototype stole Brons eyes but left him alive that's why in the chapter one trailer bron moves his head to show us hes eyeless maybe that means bron can see everything the prototype is doing and maybe end up helping us

There's one more theory from my side: in chapter 2, when we play musical memory, the colour codes say "blue j heart/loves apple pie...maybe this is referring to that bird like creature

I think the picture is showing two creatures. The scene is more like animal rivalry. Something in the back tried for the prey but another animal stomped on it and took it first. My personal bet is that it’s Boxy in the background when you compare the pose and position of the eyes. The creature in the foreground could be a monstrous ostrich or hawk or even a hybrid like a griffin. It’s a new animal.

Good theory, but I think that thing which is looking at that creature catching a mini huggy is not his rival, but more like it's overlooking him, like how the prototype was looking at other toys in the factory.

And I think that purple hand belongs to a new character as most of people assumed about it. the eyes behind (1:20) can be the eyes of the prototype himself because as we seen in kissy missy VHS tape and death screens, prototype represented by red color and the EYES GLOW RED!

For the first that bird thing is not actually a bird its a cat aka Catnap, Catnap is a super scary purple cat.And second instead of Bunzo doing the memory game its gonna be Daisy a flower toy BUT you dont know that Daisy is gonna kill you very very fast like Bunzo.And third that red gas in the end of the video is from Catnap, Catnap makes sleeping gas BUT its special sleeping gas because it can make you go CRAZY.

I think the monster didn’t kill huggy I think he found him dead. I think he’s a hostile monster trying to protect itself because He is the prototype, he lost one arm. And so he replaced it with a mechanical arm. Also the scientists never fed him because he was aggressive to the children at playcare, so if he finds dead toys he feasts on their stuffed flesh. I think he will attack the player in a chase but then you find a dead cat bee and feed it to him, then he will become your friend and help you throughout the game. I bet Daisy will come too, she will be at the Playcare..

Ok I’m caught between theory’s but I’ve decided on one. It’s 3 main antagonist and that poster in Project P reflect that. I believe the one in this poster is based Is based on a unicorn I may be wrong but it makes sense. Next the bird which has semi been shown. The bird has white fur I could clearly make that out from the random photo they dropped. Now the dog most likely hasn’t been shown yet. Then bron huggy and kissy and poppy the prototype I believe that will be the cast
