I know you want to purchase a new house, but I don’t think that that wooden house will be a good house for your family. I think you should rebuild the house that collapsed for now, and continue saving your money until you can find a house with room for your children to run around and play. The house you are looking at seems to need some additional work, and I can’t tell how much land space you have. Please have someone else who is more experienced look at it as well. I’m judging from what I see on your video, and I’m sure I’m not seeing the full picture. This is just my opinion, you guys still have to make the final decision of what’s best for you. Please take care of yourselves.

Vero! Servono materiali più duraturi nel tempo. Purtroppo non sempre è possibile, però il legno, se non trattato con prodotti impermeabilizzanti, marcisce e si deteriora. In più ci sono animali che lo aggrediscono. Nelle loro zone piove molto, l'umidità non aiuta. Pensando ai bambini, sarebbe migliore anche una zona meno impervia, più pianeggiante. Purtroppo da fuori è facile dar consigli, però per loro no. Chissà se hanno la possibilità di chiedere qualche aiuto a chi di dovere ed ottenere delle sovvenzioni... sarebbe già qualcosa
