Hi Ashley, if you can’t find something you absolutely love, I think I would see if you can find a place to rent again or stay there for 6 more months. Hopefully things will get better after the election. Good luck 😊 ps even if you buy newer, ALWAYS GET A a home inspection also investigate the builder.😊

Good morning Ashley, I'm so excited for you with you funding a new home! But I would be cautious about the "as is" it might just be a little something & the owners don't want to fix it & maybe they figure whoever buys it will want something else. So they just say, "as is," but be sure. They're supposed to tell everything in the disclosure. Sometimes, people will try to get away with whatever they can! I hope it turns out you're forever home! Oh, your daughter is going to look really creepy for Halloween! You know what I mean! That's so cool that you help your kids to do different things! I used to do that, too!I'll never forget what my oldest son did to me. I came home after shopping & there he was in the middle of the floor with a knife stuck in his chest. I almost screamed but held back. Then I realized it was a fake knife & blood! For a few seconds, I really thought he was dead! I was kind of mad, but then we started laughing! Ha ha! I know what you mean about houses being way overpriced. We want to move back to our hometown but we have a really good interest rate with our current house so we can’t afford to leave. We would get way more than we paid for it like over 100k more but then it would cost us in the mid 500s to get a comparable house in our hometown which is a no go right now!

Hey Friend, Happy Wednesday. This house is so far my favorite and I think it would be a good home for you and your family. Just remember no house will be perfect, there will be things that you don’t like about each house. I can understand that you don’t want to settle for just any house especially with the crazy house market. You and your family should get a house that you can see yourselves living in for a while, that meets all of your requirements, and that you can call home. I hope you and your family can find your dream home. 😊 Me and my boyfriend want to get a house together soon but the house market is so crazy. 😢

I hear you. I live in a very desirable part of florida. I bought my home 7 years ago but now is worth 800k and is only 1800 sq foot. However we can't move because we would be paying almost a million to get something nice that we can't afford. This housing crisis is everywhere I am glad I have my house already

We have a Va loan too. We just sold and bought a new place. Having showings was hard. I had them give me 2 hours. And had lots of open houses

Omg, $400,000! I wish lol I live on Vancouver island in BC Canada. Our average house price is over a million!!! The house we own, we paid just over $ 600,000 for . 5 years of living here it’s worth $1.2 million now. Crazy how expensive everything is.
