Six years ago, as my apartment contract was coming to an end, I started thinking about housing.
The prices of nearby apartments were rising, and I was worried that they might fall at any moment, so I couldn't easily decide on a house to move to.
Rather than meaning an ‘asset’, I wanted the house to be a base for life and a memory for my children.
we chose a single-family home as our third home.
The process of purchasing and renovating an old house
This is a story about what I felt through that experience.

단독주택이 로망이라 여러 시공방식 공사를 보면서 차라리 모르는게 약이겠다 너무 많이 알다보니 대부분이 잘못된 시공방식으로 하는데 내가 아는 방법으로 해줄 시공기술자를 어떻게 구할지가 제일 걱정이네요 아파트로 갈거같아요 전 ㅜㅜ 부럽네요 집너무 이뻐요

어머 전주라니 어쩐지 괜히 눈길이 가더라니 ㅎㅎㅎ 개성있고 따뜻해보이는 집으로 변신했네요 혹시 건물 외벽 페인트 색과 브랜드 뭔지 알 수 있을까요~ 연노랑비슷한 저 벽이요~ 저도 지금 친정집 페인팅 생각하고 있거든요~ 지나가다가도 알아볼 수 있을 것 같아요 예쁜 집이라서

반갑습니다🥰 외벽 마감은 드라이비트 시공을 했어요. 드라이비트 시공할때 색을 고르게 되어 있는데 그때 선택한 색이에요. 예쁘게 봐 주셔서 고맙습니다.

저도 단독주택살면서 정원가꾸는게 소원인데 넘 예쁘게 잘 꾸미셨네요 전주라서 더반갑네요

Quel chemin parcouru ! La maison était si sombre et peu fonctionnelle. Bravo d'avoir eu le courage d'y croire. Je vis dans une maison. Je ne me sens plus capable de vivre en appartement. J'étoufferais. Bonne année

Thank you for your sympathy. A detached house is good, but there are so many things to do. I think a house that fits your lifestyle is the most comfortable house. Happy New Year.
