Yes, because it’s easier for a criminal to get a gun specially if you’re a white male somewhere in the woods where they got a pop-up tent, selling hand, guns, and rifles with no restrictions or laws Sam they can’t in those states

The Reich-wing has sure done number on this country. They have misinterpreted the second amendment, neglecting the part where it say ‘a well regulated militia’, aka the States National Guard. The NRA just concluded its yearly get-together, where there was a picture of a six-year old, pointing a handgun at the person who took the picture. They cannot sell their weapons of war in other countries that have actual gun laws, so they have indoctrinated Americans to believe that freedom means everyone being armed to the teeth and living in a police state where you have to bring a box of ammo with you when you go to the grocery store. This is absolute INSANITY!

New York City police officers are leaving their jobs at what some officers and experts say is an alarming rate, and not enough new recruits are taking their place. Even as 561 new police recruits were sworn in earlier this month, hundreds of officers were handing in their badges and shields to leave the department. According to the Police Pension Fund, over 2,100 sworn officers have retired or resigned since January. That’s more departures in half a year than there were in all of 2019. Departures surged in 2020. And while fewer people left last year, the department is still struggling to staff up. There are currently almost 1,200 vacant positions, according to NYPD statistics. This comes as violent crime is still above pre-pandemic levels, and a string of high-profile crimes have left many New Yorkers on edge. Some in law enforcement are concerned that the shrinking ranks lack the manpower needed to keep the city safe.

Because NYC has 8.5 Million people, having 58 million people within 250 miles, is 4 million larger than our next largest city and out generates 1.56 trillion making NYC an incredible asset and we should do everything possible to protect our citizens within it. Democrats enforced the Bail Reform Act aiming “to reduce the risk that criminals would be jailed because they could not afford to pay for release and reduce the unnecessary use of incarceration, which can have a profoundly disruptive effect on peoples' lives.” And it has of course had direct negative impact on innocent people!! Democratic appointed puppet judges in cities like Massachusetts, NYC, Chicago, LA and DC no longer consider misdemeanors like trespassing, burglaries, breaking and entering, shoplifting, vandalism, resisting arrest to be “violations against standards of society,” anymore. These judges enforce their soft-on-crime valuing criminals over victims. In Manhattan, more than 6,000 crimes were committed by only 300 people. That’s an average of 20 times through the “catch and release” system. You don’t wonder if criminals were taken off the streets they wouldn’t be able to repeat offenses? I do. Watch how Nadler cherry picks this statistics, here 2:23:18
@dennishickey7194
@dennishickey7194 Жыл бұрын
@@DirtPoorFarming So Jordan has no other agenda than the welfare and safety of N.Y.C.'s citizens? Nadler and Jordan both skew the debate to partisan ends. Your own efforts to make this a liberal worsened the problem may have some merit but crime per capita in Republican controlled cities is often enough greater. Getting "tough on crime" making "war" on crime seems to just erode Due Process more and fill the privatized penal system with more customers.
@DirtPoorFarming
@DirtPoorFarming Жыл бұрын
@@dennishickey7194 NYC generates $1.56 trillion a year, it not as soft as Chicago has been. Chicago and surrounding parts has been the worse for awhile now. Ohio doesn’t prosecute people that throw bricks in window or who set fired to local businesses.. when they’re done vandalizing societ, where is it you think they go? Keep voting for people who value criminals over victims, if you’re to be burglarized today that the criminal should walk tomorrow on good faith they’ll show up for court in a month or two? The Bail Reform Act intends to “reduce the risk that someone would be jailed because they could not afford to pay for release and reduce the unnecessary use of incarceration, which can have a profoundly disruptive effect on peoples' lives.” Undeniable this policy has had a devastating effect on people’s lives, based solely on the generalization that criminals can’t afford bail. So now the judicial system no longer prosecutes misdemeanor violators.

NEW YORK, NY - Nearly 1,600 cops have retired or resigned from the NYPD in the first 5 months of 2022. That represents an increase of 38% over 2021 and 46% more the 2020 numbers. Let’s pause for a minute to grasp what that means. 1,596 officers are no longer in their roles with the NYPD, so far in 2022. Based on the monthly average of 319.2, the NYPD is poised to lose just over 11% of their department’s force this year, or 3,830 officers. That number is staggering when you consider that would outdistance the previous two years combined by more than 1,500. In 2019, there were 36,900 officers employed by the NYPD

How dare these democrats try to say that we should be somewhere else. Those victims deserve to be heard. Yeah there is a million places to hold these meetings but focus on the fact that the meeting is being held there. Honestly disgusting human beings and Nadler deserves to be put in front of the people of New York with no security and hear how they really feel.

Real Estate provides cashflow, tax benefits, equity building, competitive risk-adjusted returns, and inflation protection on its own. Whether you invest in physical properties or REITs, real estate may help you diversify your portfolio and reduce volatility.
