If you do play the PC version make sure you play in Direct3d mode because if you play the PC version in DirectDraw mode the graphics look exactly the same as the saturn version.

Is there an english language option in the Japanese version? There is in Virtua cop 1 and 2 on the Saturn so I was wondering if It's in this game too and how to unlock it.

Just play the PC version in Direct Draw mode and then compare the graphics to the saturn and you'll see what i'm talking about.
