The House of the Virgin Mary is a Catholic and Muslim shrine located on Mt. Koressos in the vicinity of Ephesus, 7 kilometres from Selçuk in Turkey. The House of the Virgin Mary is believed to be the last residence of the Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus. Mother Mary was brought to Ephesus by the Apostle John after the Resurrection of Christ and lived out her days there. ~May, 2013
