That’s one of the things I can’t stand about her. The problem is when she speaks up and anyone dares to disagree or praise her then the throws a tantrum and starts screaming. She did it here. She said something and Garcelle told her she needs to speak up in the moment and she screamed and threw a tantrum. I wanted to like her on her first season but whenever she talks I roll my eyes because it’s exhausting nonsense or mind numbingly boring.

Calling the other women superficial is ironic. Crystal was the one that invited Rena over and put her rare Berkin on the table for her to see and say something about. Then Crystal said it cost way more than the already expensive retail. She put it there to show off because she wasn’t using the bag and didn’t take it with her when she left. Also remember last season where her whole storyline was that she was doing a million dollar basement renovation that she said was almost a million dollars the 90 times she brought it up? The other women brag and can be superficial but she is so obviously with her bragging but then says stuff to Diana like she never pays retail and shops at outlets. Sorry but they don’t have Hermes at outlets and they never have sales especially on the limited edition bags like the one she left on the table to show off. She loves to brag but then pretend to be a woman of the people or relates to the middle class.

I think she misinterpreted what Garcelle said. Garcelle clearly asked her to be more involved with them directly. Atleast voice your opinion directly whenever there’s drama between them. Crystal has always been quiet and is frequently called to task but the real issue is Garcella is always joining in and writes her expressed feelings off as an overreaction. Both bring up race as a set-up in arguments they start over minor things that in context are fair judgements of their behavior particularly when they start losing control of the narrative. The stark different in how crystal is called out every time with Garcella piling on but Garcella is always defended and crystal doesn't dictate her feelings is the truest represents of modern day racism. Garcella and any and all people black or otherwise who participate in shutting crystal down are complicit is normalizing racism against Asians and any minority who is introverted or just simply put stays true to who they are regardless of societies pressure for them to be loud 24/7 just to be respected. Crystal is seeing a lot of things through disordered lenses still and expecting others to be sensitive of that is not realistic. I was empathetic to her for the first season but I think the women showed they were not so I’m not sure why she keeps engaging with them. No one seems to be her friend and I think she might have a hard time connecting with others especially women until she’s fully recovered. I’ve been recovered for 10 years and sometimes social events can be triggering but it’s me projecting onto others most of the time as well as having unrealistic expectations.

I really like Crystal. Her Garcelle and Sutton the only reason I watch. I think Dorit would be cooler without Kyle's influence and if LVP came back. Erika after who she married should have been fired. Kyle and the fact she's run every OG off the show just to then now use her family for click bait should be fired.
