The Howl of the big EMD's! A Friendly NS 283 by Wellford, SC

Recorded 5/12/2024 at 11:35 am. Got to love a friendly crew in this day and age of PSR! I rarely get horn salutes on the mainline trains now, so it's always a great time when a friendly engineer/crew comes through. Also, that second ACe's turbocharger was either going bad with it being so loud or it was almost in notch 8! Either way, that sound was exhilarating. Enjoy the video! Comment, like, and/or subscribe.
