My Top Left arrow points Left and I cringe at the word routine, and I'm been told that I would thrive with it. However I recognized the overthinking part - when I don't know what the plans are, when I'm eating next, or what I'm eating if nothing is prepped 😂

Trying to wake up early morning consistently. And I have failed and felt terrible for years. It just could not stick. I can't thank you enough for this. This has been my biggest life struggle.

Left Arrow Variable - I need the structure. I'll get my routine together and then travel and spend time with Right Arrow people and my whole life turns into chaos. Or I'll travel and can't get the things i need and feel like I"m spinning out of control. But I judge myself for thinking that those things shouldn't matter - that I should be able to go with the flow and switch it up. This is so validating.

I'm the right arrow, I always shame myself because I can't be like my friends who is excellent at routine and they're so consistent with it. I remember when I was in HS, I always late when I went to school even after I got punishment because of it. And when I finish college and have my 9-5 job, I literally get depressed and have to go to psychiatrist + take medication because of it, its so bad that I couldn't open my phone and my laptop because I'll get headache and want to throw up as soon as I'm open it. I have to resign from that job even though from outside POV there's nothing wrong with that company. Now I work from home and manage my own time, I felt better and never go to psychiatrist again. Even though deep down I still want to have routine like someone else, but I'm more gentle with myself about it. This video is so validating. Thankyou so much❤️

WOWWWW! This life changing! I have spent literally all my life trying to have a strict routine and I was NEVER able to. I’m like “Why is this so easy for other people but sooo hard for me???”. Now I get it! I do have a morning spiritual routine but it’s not strict, it’s a guideline. I use it as a reference for most days but now I understand why it feels so good to step out of routine! Some regularity is good for me but being strict totally drains me and I didn’t know why. You have just set me free after years and years of despair on this subject. Thankyou so much! You have just gained a new follower ❤😅😊

Wow, I always felt bad about not being able to stick to a routine and thought I was undisciplined way. It’s not until recently began to be at piece with it and explain to ppl that I just follow my intuition and what my emotions guide me me to do. It really does suck my creativity to be in the same routine everyday. Literally painful

Welllllll, this was hella validating! As a top left arrow right-facing person, this makes so much sense!! My wondering, though, is how one continues to cultivate that spontaneity say if you're training for a 5k or something very specific that requires you to spend time in a very specific way...or if, like me, sometimes your adhd brain spends so much time debating what to do that we don't do anything at all, lol. Would it be something like "ok, i know i am working out 3 days a week, but what i do each day will change?" Been looovvvinngg your videos, thank youuuu 🙂

@@kierstinwilliams7120 yes! Love this question! Exactly, I would allow for those three days to look different each day. If your running for 5k everyday your body will wake up asking you for different things, maybe you need more fuel in the morning, maybe you need to sleep in a little, maybe your scheming strategies late at night... allowing yourself to move through that whilst having the goal in mind!

LOL I was doing the opposite I have a left arrow I never had a routine and felt kind of lost an anxious without a routine now I meditate for 5-20+ mins every morning and do Qigong before going to work its helped a lot OMG can you please do videos on the other variables arrows????

Ive been looking for this information a lot, thanks so much!!! my questions would be> how can you organize your life in order to do what should be done? I feel like a mess because i never want to do things i should do, like cleaning my house or doing some other jobs... i know schedules dont fit myself Ive tried SO HARD... but now im experiencing the other energy... im doing NOTHING exepct from urgent stuff and it doesnt feel good either. Maybe saying -ok, on monday at some point i have to do this, or maybe this week i have to do this_ any ideas???????????????????

Buna, Maika. Te-am descoperit de curand, de cand am auzit intamplator de la un Manifestor de Human Design si de tipurile de personalitate si energie care sunt in aceasta lume si cum functioneaza ele. Si cum ne pot ajuta sa avem o viata aliniata cu noi! Mi-am facut testul si sunt un Energetic Projector si ma regasesc destul de mult in cum prezinti tu ce inseamna sa fii un Projector. Am ambele sageti spre dreapta si recunosc ca nu am consistenta, insa am persistenta. Am o rutina a mea, dar nu este la ore exacte si se schimba de la o zi la alta, de la o saptamana la alta. Daca imi pun in cap sa pierd greutate, de exemplu, mai mult de o luna nu ma tine rutina. Ba se intampla ceva de ordin medical si ma opresc, ba imi incarc prea mult programul de lucru si nu mai am energie pentru altceva. Apropo, am observat ca eu functionez foarte bine daca lucrez o zi da, o zi nu. Din simplul motiv ca nu am echilibru. In ziua in care muncesc, nu ma mai opresc decat dupa 12 ore. Iar a doua zi sunt asa epuizata ca tot ce vreau este sa ma reincarc. Lucrez in asigurari de viata, imi fac singura programul si aleg singura cum sa interactionez cu ceilalti. Asigurarile de viata in tara mea nativa, Romania, sunt diferite de cele din America si e o lupta continua sa schimb mentalitati si paradigme. Desi e obositor, imi place la nebunie ceea ce fac si o fac cu entuziasm de aproape un deceniu. Imi place foarte mult ceea ce faci! Stiu cata munca presupune sa faci continut pentru retelele de socializare (si eu fac asta) si iti multumesc pentru efortul tau si enegia ta frumoasa pe care o pui atunci cand ne impartasesti in aceste video-uri. Si nu uita, orice ar spune altii, eu TE IUBESC!

Ok, I'm one of those people who's arrow is pointing left, and I need routine. And I feel this. I need routine. But omg, I have the WORST time being able to stick to one and not having something external blow it all off course. As soon as I find a routine that works, something happens in my life that makes that difficult or impossible to maintain. And even internally, there's a part of me that rejects routing and needs novelty, even though I need that stability. What can I do?

@@TheHumanDesignPortal Do you deal with neurodiverse people? Because the autistic me is at war with the ADHD side of me. I have definitely looked at the self-sabotaging thing because for years people told me that's what it was. It isn't, and I'm done gaslighting myself with that one. Is there a middle ground between structure and spontaneity?

@@ReginaBash-j1t i love that your bringing this up! These are the things that used to confuse me in the begining aswell but now are the things I get most excited to explain. So Gate 5 means that YOU have a specific unique way of doing things, your own rythm, dancing to your own song, so whats important is that you protect your OWN way of doing things 💗 And you are great at creating rituals or doing things with the lunar cycle... You could also just be a great musician or play an instrument or have a talent dancing. So its less about routines and more about your personal pattern of doing things 🌹 Hope this gives deeper insight 🥰

My husband is opposite me (loves routine) and I have a 2 children who are both opposites too! Do you ever use your kids human design to help make your days run more smoothly?!
