I have really bad acid reflux which (when I'm hungry/haven't ate in 4+ hours) burns my throat and chest. It only goes away if I fall asleep or eat, and as a poor kid who's kinda lazy, I end up just having to deal with the pain. But I ended up finding a third solution, which is watching these videos! For some reason it tricks my brain into thinking I'm eating, which calms the acid and stops the pain. It comes back when I stop watching, but oh mah gosh the relieffff I get is just...amazing 😭 Long story short, I just wanted to thank you, all of the other asmr mukbang comp channels, and of course the mukbangers themselves for making these videos. Y'all have really gotten me through some tough nights, and I appreciate it so so much 🙏

@@Miss_Angelxsometimes they do but most of it they do not spit it out bc i went to korea and i ate a lot and i mean alot of noodles ramen,onigiri,kimbap and most of the food are healthy but a bit and the secret is u WALK everywhere so like u lose a lot of weight as a foreign person and u need to use the metros in korea u walk everywhere like its so easy exhausting amd like u walk depends how many places u visit so i walk like 12 hours a day there so thats a lot of calories u burn.❤
