Your comment about "mastery" I find very relatable. It took me a while as a gamer to put my finger on exactly why I enjoyed some games more than others, and for me it often comes down to this. I like to feel like I'm playing a game not just solving a puzzle.

Yeah ep.1 lacks in replay value , whereas ep.2 explodes with the tech trees and new worker placement spots unlocked during the game
