Very simple, I worked on some of those projects myself!! YES, notice I DID, no one "told me". It's not like your lies, cherry picked from some propaganda bulletin. FYI Among others I was involved in the build projects and some cases upgrade or renovation. Of water treatment and water distribution networks and plants along with several sewage networks and treatment plants. Roads where being built and/or improved, etc. Immensely important infrastructures. For the well being and development of local populations. Personally I was "just" involved in the projects for 3 CITIES!! Many more were ongoing! So pack up your lies and move on. Since FOR SURE he (Gaddafi) wouldn't "need" to do it for himself. Let that sink in for a moment... This comes from a Western guy, so you know!
