Great job about those nests m8! I know one thing...i will never go after them unless i need them for the mission but it's nice bonus if we can shoot them by bow on the ground or if we have shotgun or drilling combination gun to shoot when they fly over or as you mentioned sidearm .22 pistol.

It was a good video and kudos for that cause i enjoyed it but why not use the pointer to hunt them? In reality that is how they are hunted and for me its the funnest way...also another thing i learned while playing this game is that its better to not flush them with the whistle but rather run up to them and flush them with your feet as when u whistle u are flushing away others which are at a distance which can be nearby but from another group. If u flush with your feet u will only scare that specific group. Anyways great video :)

when i have a gun for ptarmigans i never get close enough and if i dont they literally fly over my head with that god awful wing sounds lol im far too impatient for skittish animals but i did end up harvesting an animal in the leaderboards finally though. its an irrelevant animal to the video but i was happy lol also this is why im subbed to this channel and why i watch all the videos theres ALWAYS something i learn about this game. never knew about the nests either

yea, they are not my favorite species either, but someone asked for a tutorial on them long time ago and I never made one... good to hear you learn something(s) of my videos, thats why I make them :) ... 398.936 Roosevelt elk it put me in 61st place. barely in the leaderboards but ill take it. its my first animal on the list for score kind of happy with it

Can you please tell me your theHunter graphics settings? Because i put everything on max because i have high-end pc and it framedrops when looking with binos and etc..

set everything on max except the shadow quality (my PC was high-end...10 years ago lol, but thats my settings) ... mess around with it a little and see what works for you... also multi-player is a little more demanding for your PC... and I believe the Hunter Classic asks more from your CPU and not so much on the GPU since its an 11years old game

@@Mixonne_ low ... but your PC should have no problems playing on high... maybe check if anything else is running on the background that causes the framedrops or maybe its your internet connection (dont think so but... where I live we have very good/strong internet, but in some countries its just bad)

lol... I still knew it, but I also dont hunt them much, so I had to figure out how it worked exactly and if it goes for all species... thats why this video is a bit long
