Welcome to The Void War, where humanity struggles against the cosmic Lovecraftian horror: SLAG. In the year 3040, the colonized planet Kynon was overtaken by the fungal hive-minded nightmare, which consumes and reanimates conscious organisms. Many died, while the survivors fled to other worlds. Not everyone made it out in time.
Our story follows The Hunters, a tribe of survivors who found refuge on a remote island. They are an odd group, composed of Unum Vires troops, civilians, scientists, and even fugitive ex-coms. But on Kynon, they are one thing above all else: human.
