You could also eventually make a bridge over the water connecting your little part of the peninsula to the mainland. As a shorter way across that keeps you dry. You can probably get away with just thatch foundations for now. It would take some resources but you can also probably use them from your bugout shelter since you haven’t actually been using it and instead running home.

I wasn't here for the original series but I think an xp boost would be good. Maybe bump it to 10% and every few level ups bump it by another percent? That might be too complicated but since it'll take a lot more xp as you level up that might make sense. If not that I think k somewhere between 10-15% would be good. You spent so long on that mammoth kill and got almost nothing for it!

I think you should make Xp ramp up, make it so right now you have 15% XP, but every 10 levels XP increases by 5%. Because later on XP is going to be too difficult, even if you have access to alphas and such.

I think 10% or 15% experience. This 5% is quite abysmal, and while it’ll speed up once get a rideable mount, that’s not going to be for a while unless the ark spawns a random level 45 woof woof in front of your base all alone

The difference between ark mobile and pc is mobile has quest that you can accept to gain more exp and even get weapons, and equipment. The crucial part about the arktic is the night time and the other creatures you don't see in mobile, and on the other hand, on mobile has dumb creature ai. And since you're playing in Asa, the creature AI is smarter than before.
