He shouldn't cast aspersions when his hands were dirty. He messed up, couldnt get her to not divorce and then decided to try and get cusody of their child and dirty her reputation. He's shameless really. He cheated and probably wouldn't have stopped cheating and expected her to forgive and/or roll-over in the divorce. So on top of the husband being a despicable person he is an idiot. He knows his wife is an attorney and deals with divorce cases. He knows at minimum she has the voice recording of him admitting to cheating from when they sat down to talk after she caught him at the hotel. And his attorney was not aware of his cheating. So why would he accuse his wife of cheating?

She even had enough class to turn away from the video being shown of him cheating in broad daylight and block her daughter from seeing it by maintaining eye contact with her daughter while standing in front of her, shielding her from seeing that and forming a possible ugly opinion of her own father for the rest of her life. That moment right there was all that court needed to observe to know this woman would sacrifice absolutely everything to raise her daughter in a healthy, happy environment no matter what it took. The man is scum and a serial cheater. That she tolerated his nonsense for so long with so many women, he felt comfortable that she'd tolerate it forever so he got reckless and, in the end, his arrogance and inflated ego pretty much betrayed himself: she didn't have to do a thing to make him look the fool and convince the court he's an unfit, irresponsible, venomous man who will stop at nothing to harm those who get in his way. Even his own lawyer, by the time the wife sat back down in her seat, had turned her back toward him, indicating he had not been honest with her either. That video made her feel betrayed as well; she trusted her client to tell her the truth so she could defend him and his position with all her training and expertise, only to watch that video and realize he had little to no regard for her either, not as a woman, not as his legal counsel and definitely not as both. He probably only hired a female attorney so it would not appear that his only use for women is to use them and when he's done, toss them away like garbage and take up with a newer model.
