Aside from maybe Helena Bonham Carter and Michelle Pfeiffer, both of whom also had no training but have the advantage of being 2 decades and close to 3 decades older respectively, I think Jenna Coleman has more talent than any other living film/TV actress. Helen Mirren was trained. Meryl Streep was trained. Judi Dench was trained. Julianne Moore was trained. Maggie Smith was trained. Anna Passey, who's stuck in Hollyoaks but is by far the best actress in that show and deserves better than a soap opera, was trained. Rosa Salazar, who has the potential to be acknowledged as one of the greats despite not currently being well known outside Alita: Battle Angel, was also trained. Is there anybody that I'm missing?

I remember when the sonic screwdriver was just a handy tool the doctor used for investigating, researching, analyzing and occasionally opening doors which aren't made of wood. Not a deus ex machina device for every situation which requires too much skill in writing to cleverly conclude. At this point, I just expect the doctor to point his screwdriver at any potential problem and it pops away into oblivion. This really takes away from how clever and talented the doctor is at problem-solving, which, for me, is his most charming and endearing character feature.

I used to have bad dreams as a kid, like recurring nightmares that were probably to far out of my understanding at the time to really appreciate it in the mind of the child, but I had them and felt them. Anyway my grandmother made me a dream catcher, I didn't ask, I didn't talk about my bad dreams, but she gave me one. She said it would catch all the bad dreams, but when it got full you would have to poke them out. I think it caught all of the dreams until it couldn't anymore.
