I have a theory: the man in the cloak is Cirus. He breaks the ice because he is jealous or because we distract the ice prince (without intention) with our wound/scarf. Our parents told Cirus to collect the book and then return with us to the Fire Kingdom. then they start a war with the ice kingdom and because we have the book the ice kingdom couldn't defend itself or could hardly defend itself. is a theory that could hurt because we are betrayed by our best friend/butler Cirus but it would make sense. This will end up hurting the ice prince because he trusted us with it and he'll think that that was our plan all along and then he'll be mad at us even though we didn't know anything about it. Cirus has sworn to remain loyal to the crown (our parents), which makes sense why he could betray us....thoughts? The only problem with the theory is: why would Cirus hurt us?( The attack was directed at the ice prince and we prevented it, which is why we were injured...)

I think ur right if u look at the intruders expression when we're hurt he looks sad and ashamed.( In part 1/2) But as soon as Wren consoles us he gies back to hatred. Also, the fact that he doesn't try to strike while wren is handing us the book may show how he wants to make sure we stay clear of his strikes from now on.

I find so funny how my reaction seem to align so well with fireflies in all this videos and i do so love seeing the subtitles as i watch for the first time and then rewatch to see if I left something out (I don't know if it was just me, but i had to check sometimes to make sure if i couldn't make out if Cyrus was the one with the hood just because of his hair. I would hate for him to betray firefly 😢). Now, thinking about his question about the book situation, if i was thinking as the ruler of my kingdom I would just burn it, but I do trust Wren as a person to not use something like that (thinking of the possibility that maybe there is some spells that can be helpful for the kingdoms or something like that, but they call it curses. So yeah, maybe burn it is the better solution). Sorry for the long text and thank you so much for this new addition to the story❤️‍🔥🩵

Answering the question at 12:50 id probably curse the book of curses and then like Wren said hide or bury it somewhere, if anyone does find it and tries to use a curse a curse of our own making which reverses the output will occur temporarily when aplicable cursing the user so one wouldnt want to keep such a book and the more curses used the worse it harms the user while keeping others sage till theu eventually pass away and with that the book will return to its hiding spot Yes its a stretch but it would be so fun to do
