So Weapon H has Wolverines and Hulks Power Plus the Adamantium Skeletton? Then it's the dumbest written Character of all Time. After all, the Adamantium skeletton would either kill himself everytime he turns into an Hulk or leave him crippled. Which means that Character is not even able to exist. And if it were only the Claws, he also would always break his own Hands making him useless in a Fight.

No he’s way more complicated than that. I don’t remember the specifics but something in his body alters the adamantium to suit the size of his bones when he becomes a hulk. He also has a different way of transforming into a hulk. He can alter his transformations too, he became a red hulk with wings at one point. They covered their bases and he’s a pretty cool character. Definitely one of the stronger hulks.
