​@@Wendy-it8jx Good point 👉🏼 I think energy work is needed. Grounding/ earthing, breathwork and increasing your body awareness to determine your state and correct yourself. Think of it as adjusting your posture. If you are standing, you will likely shift periodically. We have to do that when we catch ourselves being in that reactive state which yes, can become toxic. Dude I think you just nailed it. When you were saying how this is all happening at the same time I was like holy shit thats it. I know in theory that time is only lines here but I never considered that my life in Lemuria and Atlantis were happening at the same time. So do you think it's a situation like when we do this thing that the timeline of the past will change? I have had this "memory"not quite a memory but a in my core knowing that I died at Atlantis . I can't say for certain but I have this idea that I was with my , Queen and her I were guarding some crystals. We died together protecting them is what my heart says. I had this memory this weekend at a rivers edge sharing with some new friends I just met. As I was telling them I thought I had been at Atlantis I was overwhelmed by the emotions of having failed my people. I went and dove in the river and spent some time really crying.. like from the depths of my soul heart broken. I have been searching for my queen my whole life without knowing what I had lost. Now I believe in my heart this is the time we win. But I was hit by the emotions of I thought that a bunch of times prior to this life. Thankfully my new friends encouraged me and reminded that I hadn't failed before it was what had to happen. I don't know why. But to all my Atlantis family I'm truly sorry. We tried our very best to make things work. I don't know If I was arrogant or complacent or rather the usurpers who rose up within us were just better at concealing their Intentions. I tend to think it's a combination. But as a King it was my responsibility to guide us to the higher place. I allowed recommended "short cuts" to our enlightenment because I trusted my advisors and I know in my heart there is no short cut. It's just a path that has to be walked by each Individual. I feel really awkward having these thoughts like I'm losing my damn mind to think I might have been a king in Atlantis at the end. I also feel a strong link to Genghis Kahn. So either I'm batshit crazy or these eyes of mine have seen too much death and destruction. I can't, check that I WILL NOT BE DOING THIS AGAIN. WE NEED TO BE BOLD. STEP INTO OUR TRUTH. THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR WEAK KNEES OR THE TIMID OR THE TAME. Can't do more of the same ole same. TIME TI REWRITE THE SCRIPT JUMPING LEVELS ON THE 5th Dimensional name Game.

Years ago I needed a job and i was thinking about working at a slaughterhouse just because it was a steady job and they hired anyone. I was rationalizing why it will be ok and i just need to make money it doesnt matter i need the money. Then a bumble bee flew by and got stuck in a gate latch right in front of me and it was this overwhelming feeling i had in my heart when I saw this bee. I was trying to help the bee get out of the crack it was stuck in. It was the weirdest feeling. This little bee was putting off so much energy and I could feel it. I got the bee out and it flew away. I was overwhelmed by irrational emotions and suddenly it hit me. How on earth can I ever think I can work at a slaughterhouse if i get upset over a bumble bee?? I felt so much love for that bee in the moment. I swear the bee was sent as messenger. Other animals have done the same thing over the years. I will be in a crisis of purpose and a wild animal comes over and blasts me with love and suddenly I see it.

If I'm pressed for time, I'll increase the video speed. It usually shaves off 10-15 min, unless you double it. But then, if it's too fast, it might be hard to keep up. Usally, 1.5 works well without affecting it too much. Just a thought for future videos if you're on a time crunch 👍
