Apple or any company could withhold paying dividends.. it would upset shareholders..they could in turn sell off their shares and/or those with voting shares could vote out the CEO.. but the price of the stock tanking would not affect the company. Amazon when still small had a big drop in price but Bezos was confident cause the company itself was healthy and profitable. All in all, just saying that the entity doesn't really have to care once those "shares" are on secondary market. This is why bitcoin holds a lot of risk and better to hold gold as gold has physical value and always will, and why people should invest in proper utility coins.

There's a famous stock thought that summarizes what he's talking about. Would you rather own a million shares of a company worth $1 or one share of a company worth $1,000,000. He's not accounting for the fact that it's 50k buy side liquidity, and 50k sell side, bid and ask. So really it's taking 100% of the 50k sell side not 50% meaning the chart goes to zero. Low liquidity also means that its easier to pump the price not just dump it. When the price is up big lots of new buyers come in, so much of the sell pressure can be taken up by the new money. "Low liquidity is a feature, not a bug" listen to Richard Heart of HEX and Pulsechain!

That would be a rug pull. Could happen with a coin where the owner controls a majority of the coins which sadly is most alt coins. I think decent projects are aware of that so they don’t rug pull. Take Divnchi J that has his own coin named after his cat. If the market cap get pretty high he might rug pull and sell half leaving the holders with worthless coins. Meme coins backed by Solana or Etheruem are relatively safe from rug pull because those projects are established. While others are quite a gamble.
