In my notes I have an Emphasize state as the first step. I writing using colored pens, alternating cool vs warm colors on even/odd days. When I go back on my notes I can visually see which day I wrote the ideas, and can easily see how much I've done -- which is inspiring! Example: half a page of green notes = not much, four pages of orange notes = I was on a roll! When I go over my notes with a different color, I underline and box and add notes. This adds a lot of visual interest, and is also inspiring. Thanks for your work!
