RCcar Rookie Interesting how God can use anything. A secular song turned into a spiritual rendition what many perhaps never knew. Still a powerful song. Praise God! Come into My Life" is a song recorded in 1988 as a duet between singers Laura Branigan and Joe Esposito. It was featured on the soundtrack to the film Coming to America.

My very first Christian Concert was an Imperials Concert. Matter of fact... it was this very group that came to my Church in Los Angeles, California. I was overwhelmed with amazement. I clearly remember Pam's testimony of how the power and love of God met her and changed her life. I was and continue to be forever grateful for her life story.

I couldn't remember if it was him or Sloas? I think Sloas left after This Years Model so it must be Ron Hemby. Both had amazing vocals along with Jonathan Pierce.

@danm51534 жыл бұрын
Not sure what you meant by that. When would have been a better time to sing with the greatest group of all time? If you're referring to the fact that his and Pam Morales' voices are so similar, I'd agree with that (like the singers in the group Starship). But, for me, I'm glad he was in the Imperials when he was because I may not have got to see him sing in concert.

Nancy Valenti Interesting the song is originally a romantic ballad. Come into My Life" is a song recorded in 1988 as a duet between singers Laura Branigan and Joe Esposito. It was featured on the soundtrack to the film Coming to America and released in the United States as the second single after the title-track by The System.
