The Importance of a 1st AD

Great one! Hristo really explained it very well! To me a good first AD is the the most important role on set. Captain of the ship. If he/she's not good, the ship will sink faster than you can say ''back to one'' ;)

This was very helpful. There needs to be more content on AD Dept. A full breakdown of each role would be great. He said at the begining the AD is a crucial dept but there is little information out there on the details of each role’s demands.
