I am thinking that his uncle has to be so proud of this young man, and I am sure he totally enjoyed mentoring him. I admire someone who steps up and provides support to someone else, one person does make a difference!

This is wonderful to see. I hope it will effect people. Although I must emphasize that it is not only sons that need their fathers in their lives but also daughters. I can say this honestly as a daughter whose father was always physically there but was always emotionally aloof. I wish my father could have seen something like this when I was a young girl. Maybe things would have turned out differently...
