The Importance of Diversity and Inclusion in the Healthcare Ecosystem

In this webinar, we are joined by industry experts Dr. Tania Small, MD, and Dinah Trevil, MPA, who discuss the importance of Diversity, Clinical Trials and Scientific Research. We review the FDA's guidance on race and ethnicity and cover the challenges and benefits of decentralized clinical trial models.
Small serves as the Vice President, Global Medical Oncology Franchise Head and Head of the R&D Inclusion Diversity Council at GSK. She has successfully led the launch of programs of multiple oncology therapies and multiple patient-centered and diversity initiatives.
Trevil, is currently the Senior Program Director for the Office of Cancer Health Equity at Stanford Cancer Institute (SCI). Dinah has extensive expertise in Public Health, community outreach and cancer research, as well as experience working with diverse communities.
