Fasting is abstaining from all sorts of food, Daniel was not fasting he said, “...I was mourning and I ATE no pleasant food” - What is called ‘partial fasting’ is no fasting at all. But God will honor that type of prayer nevertheless as we see in the life of Daniel. But we can’t eat or drink teas, juices or soups and call it fasting 🙅🏽‍♂️
