I enjoy using flavour as a deckbuilding restriction. I ordered all 4 LOTR precons, and upgraded each of them with only cards from the main LTR set to keep it all on theme.

We love on theme decks! I do the same and it makes for more interesting decks and deckbuilding decisions (mono white deck only has Angels and Humans for eg) - Nigel
