As a hardcore KRY fan, I can vouch for the guys almost NOT doing the greeting Certainly them in solo events don't do it (although Leeteuk in his FM still do) But even in KRY concerts they sometimes forget xD And if they have to, it's Kyuhyun. Long ago, when KRY just started it was Yesung, but he doesn't like it so the maknae it is.

Even if you look at their behind the scenes (rookie till now) you can defo see this “motherly” love of Teuk. Appa is defo Kangin in rookie days, when Teuk can’t control the kids he goes to Kangin for back up. He is Teuk’s biggest knight in shining armor. And the brats is afraid of him bec he is really strong (but kind) hehehe No hate to Hee but he was different in rookie days but he is now a good hyung this past years. Maybe people thinks Hee is the mother bec he is pretty (like a girl)? But defo not as “motherly” as Teuk. I am basing my view in the rigid views of mother and father responsibilities in a stereotype asian family dynamics where the mother is responsible for taking care of the kids and loving them and the father is the strict disciplinarian (Hopefully this has been demolished but unfortunately still going on)
