سئل فضيلة الشيخ - رحمه الله تعالى -: هل يجوز للفقير الذي يريد المزكي أن يعطيه زكاة الفطر أن يوكل شخصًا آخر في قبضها من المزكي وقت دفعها؟ فأجاب فضيلته بقوله: يجوز ذلك، أي يجوز أن يقول من عنده زكاة فطر للفقير: وكل من يقبض الزكاة عنك وقت دفعها، وإذا جاء وقت الدفع بيوم أو يومين سلمت الزكاة للوكيل الذي وكله الفقير في قبضها.
