As ever the gold standard in KZbin camper/motorhome reviews by Peter. We missed seeing an exploration of the cupboards/gas locker under the bed, but that is a minor tweak. Not for me at 6.4m long, will stick with my 4.9m California, but I could see this being suitable for a young family with lots of bikes and kayaks. Polstead looks lovely, I do like these continental style campsites with the individual pitches enclosed by hedges.

The sunroof in the Adria is great - but it really creaks when it gets warm so beware if you want a quiet cab ! This is a great van for a sporty couple.

Liked this review. Very glad we chose the Twin Supreme 640SGX instead. Mind you if you want an auto gearbox, aircon in the habitation, tv fitted and other numerous Fiat/Adria extras the price tag starts with an "8". Ouch. Ours delivered Oct 2022. Why can't Adria (and other) campervan converters make it easier to access the rear light clusters if a bulb blows. On our model you need to be a contortionist to attempt to get at especially the bottom light fixing.

Unfortunately, that's just the sort of thing that gets overlooked in campervan design

Nice looking van for outdoor activities. Wouldn't suit me personally. I'd prefare a rear lounge at that size instead

We reviewed several Auto-Sleeper models with rear lounges, maybe take a look out our video of the Warwick XL?

Sorry guys, loved the van however , I found permanent advertisement banner very distracting...

Super usable garage and easy space for 4 in exchange for rather dark sleeping quarters at the back and a couple of compromises on space up front ….. I see what they’re trying to do and it’s good 👍 you can get bikes under the bed in a standard twin but you have to disassemble them a bit - this solves that another way

Great video Thank you - I’m very much looking forward to see this in the flesh as it looks the perfect van for me!

Loved the way review was done, smooth flow of vital information, top of my list of to buy choices. Would have been nice to see the driver's cab and relevant info. With the high second hand market prices, is brand new a better option?.
@MotorhomeCampervan2 жыл бұрын
If you can find what you want in stock at a dealer, I'd go new at the moment but, if you order from the factory, build times from some makers are over 12 months currently. I didn't focus on the cab because it was the old model and LHD.

Thanks for the review, it was interesting that you said the SG had a payload of around a ton. When I look at the new updated specs on the Adria website it says it is 3500KG max weight and a mass in running order of 3110KG. How did you find out about the increased payload?
@peterv36423 жыл бұрын
Uk spec is on a 4,300kg van as standard

Good review. I think Auto Sleepers could learn a thing or two from Adria.

Probably not for me but it seems a well thought through design.

Finally a van for 'serious' cyclists. No more worrying over strapping 10k of bikes to the rear...

God how I hate those dark windows, it's like living in Hobbiton!
@yetigee73072 жыл бұрын
No it is not. Similar to cars with "tinted" windows, inside looking out is fine. It does restrict what those on the outside can see in m- fine by us.

I was really liking this until I realised there was no oven- is it an option? Cyclists need lots of food!

No oven in this model but it's fitted in others in the Twin range

Terrible Van for the Price , terrible design , more Money than Sense if you buy this in my opinion
