It is strange and surprising that none of the governments considered legendary Mala Sinha ji eligible for a Padma award. Sad indeed. Her contribution as an artist in the field of art and cinema is tremendous and remarkable, much more than some others who have been awarded in the past, till now. She surely deserves Padma Bhushan.
