Good for you! Really hope it turns out for the best! The costs really depends on what type of server you are running. Most services today have really good starter packages that only start costing some money after you have a lot of users so pay attention to that 😉

At 4:48 you mentioned something about time/date publishing an app (Jan, April etc). Was it just an example or there's some real logic behind that? The thing is, I couldn't get the whole point

The point is the market for apps is in constant change and evolution. If you start working on an app today for a something that you believe is needed right now, maybe in two three months it will not be needed anymore (maybe some app got ahead of you). It also might simply have to do with having bad luck with the trending page, if a lot of apps are bigger than yours and are gaining more traction than yours when you launch your app your chance of getting into this category might be reduced. Hope this somewhat clarifies my point ☺️
