I’m also worried this will keep me up at night. Have you noticed it disturbs your sleep? I eat one meal a day around 6-7 pm and if I have to take it with food it concerns me it will keep me up all night!

I’m worried this will keep me up all night. Did you have this issue? I eat OMAD at around 6-7 pm and go to bed around 12 am sometimes. If I have to take this with food do you think it will disturb my sleep? I already have a hard time getting to sleep at night. Peri menopause has hit me hard
