4:37 I heard a slightly different version concerning the Miraculous Medal. Alphonse was given it by a friend who dared him to keep it on his person for a week and made a bet that Our Lady would convert him. Alphonse took the bet. At some point in the middle of the week Alphonse tried to board a train for southern Italy, but either the tickets were sold out, the engines broke down right after he purchased the ticket, or he ended up on a local train that turned around after the first stop. Despite all his efforts, that night he was still in Rome. That was what set the stage for the great miracle. God does indeed work in mysterious ways. But what always mystified my was how easily Alphonse was able to get ordained. I'm sure there is much more to this story we will only learn come judgment Day.

@@fortiternontrepideJMJ I had a writeup about this conversion I wrote in my book, "Pius VII to Pius XII- Angelic Pastors?" in the chapter: "Catholic Iron versus Jewish Gold". As I recall, Ratisbonne said: "I was sitting in the back of the church, and suddenly everything was black as deepest night, with just one light in the distance. I arose and went toward it, and discovered it was the side chapel and I saw a woman standing and she beckoned to me." I think this is a sign for our times. Our Lady of Fatima said that God wished to establish in the world Devotion to Her Immaculate Heart. Our Lady also told St Dominic that "One day, through the Rosary and the Scapular, I will save the world." She said this in the hearing of St Francis of Assisi, who gave an obscure prophecy that one day the Church would have an antipope that would bear his name. In our time, the sanctuary appears dark, and there is nothing but confusion in Rome. But devotion to Our Lady is, as the Psalmist says, "A Lamp at Our Feet" that will guide us during these times of frightful apostasy. Our Lady gave us a powerful weapon, the Miraculous Medal, to become the terror of the demons Martin Luther released from the Bottomless Abyss of St John's Apocalypse. My father used to distribute these everywhere, giving them to everybody he met, before he died. I hope this video will be one more bullet from Our Lady's arsenal. regards.

@@fortiternontrepideJMJ I never published it. I don't think most people can handle what I think is the truth. But you did a great job with your video about the interview St Sr Lucia had with Fr Augustine Fuentes in 1957. There are now many people that think that the real Sr Lucia either died, or, what I think more likely, was murdered sometime between 1957 and 1960, and that the subsequent "Sr Lucia" was not the same person. Just keep saying your rosaries. Just implore Our Lady that somebody with courage finally steps forward. So much confusion in the modern world and the church. So many priests and bishops that are nothing but cowards, if not much worse. All the oceans of the world cannot hold all the tears Our Lady of La Salette is weeping. We must comfort her.
