Sounds great. My son loves his JL tenor. He’s been playing it a year and it sounds great. Well made in my humble opinion. We also have an alto on order. If or when we get a soprano it will be a JL. Consistently terrific.

Gonna fulfill a long term commitment soon, and come back to the city for the sole purpose of visiting JL Woodwinds. What an amazing impromptu shop concert by these two great players. The vibe of that shop ranks among the best in the world imo, based upon the "to the point" presentations, obvious joy and passion for music and saxes, highly reputable craftsmanship, an efficient and friendly website, and the consistently growing popularity of the shop among so darn many players at all levels. My dream is to buy my first Selmer tenor at JL Woodwinds, whether vintage or new.
