Probably this was recorded some time ago, but there's some updates: Shelly movement speed was nerfed in mid-August from Very fast to Fast, and moved her to like B Tier; Shelly recieved a Hypercharge in September, that made her again the best brawler in the game, somehow even more broken than she was before; Shelly was nerfed in her Super charge rate from Super in October, which made her a little worse, but still in A/S Tier
