I was lucky enough to meet Nick today at Paradise Wildlife Park, he still volunteers and it was a privilege to hear his stories. He’s still full of love for that lion and rightly very proud of the huge part he played in saving him. Amazing ❤

You can tell how much Nick loved Turkana. Lions are social cats and relationships with their guardians can be extremely close. What a privilege to be allowed into Turkana’s heart and his world. God bless Nick. 🦁💕🦁
