yes and no. yes, there are flammable gasses in the atmosphere. no, those gasses are so diluted it would never ignite. Remember, the atmosphere covers the entire planet (12,756km) and extends from the ground upward for around 10,000km (give or take, the furthest extensions of the atmosphere are ambiguous). It would take *a lot* of methane added to the atmosphere for it to combust. Likely more that exists trapped under permafrost and within the crust.
