Nice illusion. Due to the huge distance between the trees + guardrail and the building, the building doesn't increase in size nearly as quickly as the foreground thus appears to be shrinking. If you grab a frame at 0:54 when you can first make out the gap between the main building and the right tower, and again at 1:00 when the car is at the closest point, you can see the building's width has grown by about 30% over those 6 seconds of vid.

Its Not increasing in width, I Put 3 screenshots in a measuring App 0:20, 0:54 and 1:00 and Its all 69 Pixels width
