If you are a young guy and you are in your early 20s then you should be patient because if you have lots of vellus hair on your face than they will continue to get terminal and thicker as you will age in the presence of the DHT (dihydrotestosterone) .

Good question bhai. Derma roll sirf sundays ko aur uske baad 24 hours Minoxidil nahi lagana hai. Depth can be anywhere between 0.5 to 1.5mm. Derma rolling isn’t necessary lekin agar karoge, toh results double ho sakte hain. Finally, Minoxidil 6 days a week and Sundays ko dermalling with no Minoxidil. Agar start kar rahe ho toh let me know journey kaisi jaati hai, best wishes.

Maine Morr, Tugain aur Mintop use kare hue hain and all of them work fine. 5% Minoxidil bohot cheap hota hai manufacture karne mein isliye bohot zyaada unlikely hai ki koi bhi company fake ya fir bura product banayegi. All in all, koi bhi brand use kar sakte ho, it doesn’t matter. Bas ek baat hai, kuch logo ko kuch brands se skin irritation ho sakta hai kyuki 5% Minoxidil products mein alcohol use hota hai. Agar tumhe alcohol waale products se irritation hota hai toh baad mein tum alcohol free minoxidil solutions pe switch kar sakte ho (jaise Mintop 5% Alcohol Free). Baaki toh sab same hi hain.

Once everyday, at night. 2 baar bhi laga sakte hain lekin thoda chip chipa ho jaata hai isliye main sirf ek baar lagata hu. Twice daily aur once daily application ke results almost same hote hain so don't worry. Maine video mein dikhaya hai, main AloATM use karta hu.

Kuch logo ko hote hain lekin the popular consensus is that Minoxidil is very well tolerated. Headaches bhi hote hain kuch logo ko but they are usually temporary. I had a slight headache for a week or so. However, uske baad se I have never experienced any headaches or any other side effects.

Jo scalp hota hai, woh DHT (ek hormone hota hai) sensitive hota hai. DHT jo hai woh baldness ka main reason hai. On the other hand, jo beard area hai, woh DHT sensitive nahi hota. So, sarr ke saare baal risk pe hote hain jhadne ke aur beard ke saare baalo ko tum safe maan sakte ho. For beard, ek baar jaise taise baal uga liye aur terminal kar liye, you can slowly get off Minoxidil.

Bhai topical Minoxidil tumhari bloodstream mein bohot hi negligible amount mein jaata hai. That’s why aisa hona bohot, bohot unlikely hai. Ek second ke liye consider karlete hain ki aisa hojata hai (rare case) toh the good news is that any hair which you shed from Minoxidil will grow back. Agar tum Androgenic Alopecia ko prone nahi ho, toh Minoxidil kaise bhi tumhare follicle ko maar nahi sakta.

Ek baar Man Matters waali bottle khatam hojaye, then you can go for alcohol free Minoxidil solutions like Mintop 5% Alcohol Free or Morr F Aqua. Let me know how it goes.

as far as i read all the post on reddit as you mentioned, azelic acid is a dht blocker which is good for scalp but not in case of beard. is any combination containing only minox + tret available in the market? if not what is the correct way to use minox (topical) + tret (cream) ?

@@VIKASHKUMAR-gl3cx Azelaic Acid doesn't have a much evidence supporting its DHT blocking properties but it's possible that it's a mild DHT blocker (so it's not even good for use on the scalp). The problem is that there aren't any exclusive Minoxidil + Tretinoin solutions available in India. That's why I use the one that I showed in the video. One more thing that I do is that I mix 60ml of 10% Minoxidil solution with 60gm of 0.05% Tretinoin. In theory, this should make a 120ml solution of 5% Minoxidil and 0.025% Tretinoin. However, I'm not sure about the stability of this solution so that is why I won't recommend you to do this (I'm doing this as an experiment). Finally, the right way to use it is to buy 0.025% Tretinoin and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Then go on to apply 1ml of 5% Minoxidil. I'm glad someone is actually trying this and asking the right questions. Hope this helps you and others too.

for oily skin use cetaphil cleanser and if you have acne use salicylic acid from minimalist and apply moisturizer and sunscreen after that (before you use salicylic make sure to do patch test first then apply)

see if you have acne or irritated or sensitive type of skin ya ni toh kuch bhi lagane se tumhare skin mei kuch hota hai toh ek baar dermatologist karlo but ab tak toh vaise minoxidil se kuch hua hai ni logo ko, but if you still wanna play safer side you can consider dermatologist
