Given the location and details of that Facebook post, I think it had a more sinister intention. Philosopher, do you remember Sir Thomas Moore? When the king said, in passing, "who can rid me of this annoying fellow?". Then Thomas was killed immediately much to the regret of the king who was actually his friend. Posting Tugume address is also frowned upon on the Internet. We call it, "doxxing". You aren't allowed to document someone's personal details online. I will not talk of the tribal component to that post. Let's be civil to our guests. If they are unruly, let's set a good example.
